Rachel Osband (she/her/hers) is an attorney and mediator with Fiddler Osband Flynn LLC. Rachel’s practice focuses on families–encompassing adoption, assisted reproductive technology agreements, traditional family law cases, and guardianship matters. Her specialties include second-parent and step-parent adoptions, donor agreements, contested foster/adoption cases, guardianship, and navigating the realities of mental health concerns and neurodivergence within family structures. Rachel is an experienced trial attorney in juvenile, family, and probate courts (guardianship and conservatorship).
Rachel is an Adoption Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA). She is a proud alumnus of Carleton College and Georgetown University Law Center. In addition to her law practice, Rachel serves as an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN, focusing on courtroom advocacy skill building and expert witness training. She is a mom of two amazing boys and one adorably average dog, as well as an avid reader of (primarily) novels.
